CANCELING YOUR APPOINTMENT

We operate a fair cancellation policy.

We like you to keep in mind that as a teaching institution, canceling your appointment also impacts on our students that in many cases have arranged their roster and may have traveled distance for their practical training days.

Fair Policy – late-cancellation fee within 48 hours is 10% of the appointment value, no-show fee of 30% of the appointment value

Cancelations with no payment

If you canceled your appointment and do not have a credit card on file, the 10% fee will be put against your account. In the future, you will be asked to pay this fee before making a new appointment.

Revolute and similar cards

Bookings made with cards that do not have credit to pay fees. The appropriate fee, 10% or as a no-show 30% will be placed against your account. You will be required to pay this fee before making a new booking.

Unconfirmed appointments

You will receive a confirmation of your booking reminder notice 48 hours before your appointment. Please follow the instructions and confirm your appointment. We attempt to contact people through contact details provided to confirm your booking in addition to the 48 hour reminder. If you do not confirm your booking the booking will be cancelled to allow other clients looking to book.
